Rosana Ibarrola is an Argentine artist living and working in Manchester. Her work is based on life sessions, which gives to her paintings a fresh and spontaneous feeling, full of emotions with a warm palette and bold outlines. Her portraits capture the characters of her models, contemplative moods caught in a moment of silent introspection, intimate portraits of solitary figures. Rosana’s images capture the soul of classical heroines inside contemporary women.
Rosana Ibarrola has been exhibiting widely in the UK and abroad since 2000. Her work is in private and public collections.
